Little Tangles challenge card

Hello! This card I made for the Little Tangles challenge.

I used the Neat and Tangled Little Angel stamp set. The angel and background are colored with Koi water colors. The gold outline and stars were heat embossed with Ranger Gold and Silver Super Fine embossing powder.
